The Unicheq Group of companies was founded by its Chairman and C.E.O. Ken Cunningham-Brown in 1969. It brings together, at its core, the food sector companies of Grand Foods Ltd. and Caley's of Norwich Ltd. However, the group has recently leveraged it's warehousing and logistical resources in diversifying into the online retailing business with Boluga.com.

FOOD MANUFACTURING
Owing to acquisitions along the way other businesses include Nutrivit Ltd., The Beverage Company Ltd., St Georges Mineral Water Co. Ltd. and The Windsor Tea & Coffee Company Ltd. The list of food products is extensive - ranging from dry mixed foods (such as stuffing mixes and soup mixes), instant beverages (such as chocolate drinks, milk shakes and flavoured teas) to a variety of chocolate confections. Today the Group is one of the UK's largest suppliers of own label dry mix products.

ONLINE RETAILING
With the warehousing and logistical infrastructure available through the Group's existing food businesses the move into online retailing has added a new dimension to our portfolio. Boluga.com is a new concept for the consumer to buy highly desireable electronic consumer goods at competitive prices, with the additional opportunity to win the cost of the item back - essentially getting it for free.
